What You’ll Do
At Wilmington Wings, we are looking for an experienced and passionate Lacrosse Coach to join our team. You will be responsible for designing and implementing practice and game plans, coaching players of all skill levels, and promoting a positive team culture. Your main focus will be on developing the skills and abilities of our players, and ensuring that they have a fun and rewarding experience playing lacrosse with Wilmington Wings.
Who You Are
We are looking for someone who is energetic, enthusiastic, and has a passion for teaching and coaching. You should have experience playing or coaching lacrosse, and a strong understanding of the game and its rules. You should also be a good communicator, able to motivate players, and able to work collaboratively with other coaches and staff members.
